Welcome back everyone!!!
Hope you had an enjoyable Easter break and feel well rested. It would be lovely to see any of the fun activities you got up to over the holidays, any of the STEM challenge activities you completed or any other things you have created – remember you can share these on the school website!
You should still have some activities in your packs to keep you going, but here are some other activities you could also do this week:
- Write a personal story about your Easter holidays – What things did you do? When did you do them? Who was with you? Where were you? How did you feel?
- Pick one of the characters from your reading book or a book you are reading at home – create a character description of them. You can draw the character and around them write some WOW words to describe how they look and their personality or you can write a description of them underneath. Include as much information as you can on them.
- Lead your own Number Talk at home – create some questions using adding, take away or multiplication – ask people at home to work out the answers to these and then explain to you how they got their answers. Check to see who agrees with each other! Remember that you must know the answers to the questions you ask!
