Ratho Football Club Looking for Players
Ratho United is a community football club for boys and girls aged between 5 and 11. We were established in 2020, with a clear vision :
- To promote and develop health and fitness in children
- To promote sportsmanship, fair play, respect, and self-discipline
- To promote community spirit and the development of friendships within Ratho and the surrounding areas
We have over 120 children and 14 SFA approved coaches taking part in football across multiple leagues in Edinburgh.
We are currently recruiting for our 2012 age group. Training takes place on a Wednesday 7pm -8pm at Currie High School, our home matches are played at The Oriam Sports Centre on a Sunday Morning. As well as training and matches, for £20 per month your child will also receive a training kit and match kit.

Xcite Easter Activity Programme
As well as relaunching outdoor activities for schools Xcite are now able to offer opportunities to the wider communities of West Lothian starting off with our Easter Activity Programme. There are opportunities for 8yrs – 12yrs olds to try one of the following activities:-
- Canoeing
- Mountain Biking, or
- Archery
These are offered over a mixture of full and half day sessions and will all be delivered from Xcite Linlithgow. All sessions are led by qualified instructors and all equipment required will be provided.
