Perth Clan Connects – 01.10.2026

On the afternoon of October 1st, Perth Clan came together to share their learning with their families through their Clan Connects.

The children took us on a journey all about music through the decades. They did an amazing presentation and we were even treated to some great singing (with a blast from the past with a bit of Backstreet Boys)!

The children put a lot of effort into researching information and writing their scripts and we are so proud of each and every one them.

Perth Clan then spent some time with their adults, sharing more of their learning from the term so far.

Thank you to all parents and carers who were able to come along to support Perth Clan.

Clan Charter – Perth Clan

In Perth Clan we reviewed the UNCRC and picked the 9 rights that we felt were most important to our school experience. We then ranked them in order of importance and used this to form our class charter.

We decided to use the minions as the theme for our class charter. We all designed our own minion and added it to our display. We created a list of promises for our class and teacher to follow this year and these set the expectations that our class charter was built on.

This year we will aim for the moon in Perth Clan.

Roots of Empathy

Perth Clan have been involved in ‘Roots of Empathy’ – The programme consists of guided observations of an infant’s development and emotions. Perth Clan showed great kindness, patience and empathy throughout the project. They enjoyed the regular visit from baby and mum. Pupils related the baby’s emotions to the emotions of others.
