  • Term 3 Family Calendar
  • 19/01/24: Clan Calderwood Connects: Dundee Clan: Two family members can attend
  • 22/01/24: Term 3 Learning Letters emailed and blogged, P1-3 reading books sent home, P4-7 Reading Passports
  • 24/01/24: Primary 5 Excursion to the Playhouse: Please ensure you have completed the EE2 form, children should wear school uniform. Children may bring a snack and drink that fits into their pockets.
  • 26/01/24: Dress Down Day: Community fundraiser for the Hub in East Calder: Donations can be made on iPay 23rd to 27th January (No football tops or crop tops please)
  • 26/01/24: Calderwood Scottish Poetry Recital: Clan Competition: Children have the opportunity to recite a poem in their clan and the clan vote for the clan champion.
  • 01/02/24: 5:30-6:30pm or 6:45-7:45pm: Calderwood Caledonian Celebration: Family event

 

Calderwood Communication: 

  • PE Days for Term 3
  • Home learning: Reading Home Learning will begin week beginning 22/01/24. From 15/01/23 to 26/01/23, home learning will be for the Scottish Clan Poetry Competition. Poem will be issued on Seesaw and Teams next week.
  • A reminder to please ensure your child brings a full bottle of water to school each day. If you require a water bottle for your child please let us know and we can support this.
  • Primary 6-7: NYCOS Regional Choir

  • Two Week Look Ahead
    • Continue roof install
    • Pitch fencing install ongoing to the North.
    • Continue 1st floor SFS and start on GF
