What a super week that we have all had in Primary 1C and 1G! It has certainly been busy and we have seen the children even more settled as we complete our fourth week together.
There are many highlights from our week including an unexpected visit by the Masai Warriors which the pupils thoroughly enjoyed. We also attempted our first daily mile which, fortunately for the exhausted P1s, was cut short by the home bell. The children focused on sorting and pattern this week in maths which was very challenging but lots of fun working with shapes and emojis.
Next week, we will launch our ‘Woodlands’ interdisciplinary topic of study! We are hoping the pupils will bring in lots of lovely things from home for our topic tables.
Enjoy the long weekend, everyone!
