On Monday we went to Sky Academy to produce a news video about healthy lifestyles. When we got there we got into four groups and decided what each of our roles would be within the group. We chose backgrounds for our video and obviously had to type up our scripts. Once we had filmed the different scenes, we edited them and put them together to create our final recording. When we got back to school we presented our news report on the assembly hall big screen for the other classes to see.

Over the last few weeks we have been helping out in the nursery so that we were able to get to know the children a little better. Then, yesterday afternoon we went to the assembly hall and were introduced to our P1 buddies and their parents. We took our buddies to show them their new P1 classrooms and introduce them to their teachers. We are really looking forward to getting to know our buddies better next year.

Another exciting thing that happened at the end of the day yesterday was that we found out who our new P7 teacher is going to be. We can’t wait to have Miss. Hood as our teacher in Primary 7.
