During our learners’ conversation this week, the pupils had no end of ideas for what should go on the blog.

Here is what they wanted to talk about:

• the assembly about kindness and ‘Children in Need’
• our special visitor, Mrs Millar, who came in and did a number talk with us
• using beads and 5/10 frames for our numeracy
• counting with dotted patterns
• assessments with Mrs Jones
• rehearsing for the nativity
• independent writing as follow-up to our toys talks
• learning our tricky words
• taking home word boxes
• doing Cosmic Kids in PE

So, as you can see, Primary One is very excited about their learning.  The children need to have a restful weekend to prepare to do it all again next week. Maybe I should too!
