In June, Mrs Green took home three of the chicks hatched in our Primary 1 classroom in May 2015. One of the three was a brown hen (called Venelope) and she has started laying eggs! The chickens have had a great time with Mrs Green and her family but often need to be reminded that the trampoline is for the children only! This year’s P2s and P3s enjoyed seeing one of Venelope’s eggs today and Mrs Green and her family have been enjoying egg breakfasts over the weekend!
