Bellsquarry Primary School

P5 Scots

Primary 5 pupils have been learning about the Scots language with the help of one of our nation’s favourites – Oor Wullie. They have been exploring Scots dialogue and experimenting with changing words we use today into Scots. Using their portrait skills from last term, the pupils drew pictures of Oor Wullie and created kilts for him to wear. This was a great opportunity to practise our ruler skills too!
