This week we have been making up and writing our own magic potions as part of our novel study James and the Giant Peach.

We are also making up our own Class Charter, thinking about our rights and responsibilities.

We have been finding out about Roman houses. We learned that most people rented rooms, a town house was called a domus and rich Romans had a country house called a villa. Our next steps will be to find out how Caledonians lived.
