2D or not 2D – That is the question!

In Maths, this week, we have been investigating 2D and 3D shapes.  We have been discussing the names and properties of shapes before venturing on to research the number of  faces, edges and vertices which 3D shapes have.  Mr Hunter also gave us a formula to see if we had correctly answered our homework correctly.  The formula was cool and really worked!

We have also been making our own 3D shapes.  This links in with Technology as we have been making our own TARDIS from scratch.  We had to measure accurately the net of a cuboid and then construct this model.  I wonder how many faces, edges and vertices our TARDIS will have?
