To celebrate National Christmas Jumper Day, which is on Friday 15th December, we would like to ask the pupils to come to school wearing a Christmas jumper instead of their school jumper. The pupils can continue to wear their Christmas jumpers until the end of term on Friday 22nd.
There will also be a change to the lunch menu on this day with Christmas lunch being served.
The menu is as follows:

Red Tray:
Turkey, Trimmings, Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
or
Blue Tray:
Vegetarian Roast Parcels and Seasonal Vegetables
Both include – Christmas Treat & Drink

WELL DONE BRAEHEAD…
We raised a total of £366.14 for Children in Need 2017!
The winner of ‘Smartie Guess’ was Aaron in P7H with a guess of 501. The actual number of Smarties in the jar was 508.
The winner of ‘Hedgehog Guess’ was Nathan in P4B who guessed that the hedgehog had 269 spots. The actual answer was 264.
The winner of ‘Spotty Dog Guess’ was Mrs Samphier! She guessed 143 spots. The actual number was 145.
On Friday 17th November Braehead PS are raising money for Children in Need!
This will be a non-uniform day and we would like the pupils to wear something spotty for a £1 donation.
There will also be spotty activities going on all day, each costing 10p.
Please send in any of your old round £1 pound coins for our ‘Round Pound Collection’ too. You can’t spend them in the shops anymore so why not donate them to this great cause!
Many thanks!
