Introduction to Flexible Learning

A young person with an additional support need is a person first and foremost.  A diagnosed label describes one aspect of a person, but it does not capture the whole person. Like every other learner, this is only one aspect of a description and it does not capture the young person and everything they are; a member of a family, school and local community, friend and a student. 

With the correct support, our aim is for our young people to be the best they can be and achieve their full potential.
