Primary 6/7 and Primary 7 showcased their learning to all of their parents/carers and relatives. There was lots of stations all about France and the work the children had been doing in class such as food tasting, French boules, caricatures and lots of other games and activities. Thank you

Watch this space for the results of Primary 4’s mini football league. The fixtures were arranged, the team names decided and the games played. Now we just have to record all the scores, work out the points, goals scored, goals against, goal difference and complete the finished league table.

The boys and girls have enjoyed their first full week of Primary 1 at Woodhead. In Literacy we have been developing phonological awareness skills through singing nursery rhymes and playing rhyming games and activities. In Numeracy we have enjoyed learning some stories and rhymes to help us remember numbers
We hope all of our pupils, families and staff had a lovely summer holiday and enjoyed the lovely weather this year. We are looking forward to welcoming back P2-7 pupils on Thursday 16th August 2018 at 9am. Staff will be in the playground just before 9am to show pupils

Our Primary 7’s had a wonderful time at the annual Leavers’ Ball on Thursday 21st June. They enjoyed a mocktail on arrival and a quick pose for a photograph on the red carpet before making their way into the hall for the main event. The children danced the night
