Mr Craig Nicol is the latest community member to come in to the school and share some aspects of their daily work with the pupils. P4 – 7 found out all about the tools he uses to measure with at Sullom Voe. We are all looking forward to his return visit to find out more!
All the primary classes are off to the beach in their new waterproofs funded by Enquest and the PSA. The are investigating making music outdoors using different natural materials. This is our December challenge in our new Outdoor Learning policy.
We were delighted that grandparents Sheila and Jeremy Dare were able to lead our Christmas assembly. The pupils did some thoughtful reflection on being kind to others at Christmas and the origin of Christmas. We sang some carols and were entertained by the puppets!
