What a great total of £106.75 the pupils raised today for Children in Need!  Everybody took part and wore their pyjamas or onesies – even the teachers.  Well done everybody!

P5-7 led a very interesting Assembly today, where they showcased their work from last term.  They shared their personal and academic targets for the term, showed their appreciation of determination and resilience through the story of Robert the Bruce and the spider and demonstrated that to get good at something – whether work or pleasure – you have to work at it.  Practice, practice, practice!

From now until Christmas….

Mrs Missenden will take up a QIO post based in Hayfield House.  Mrs Wendy Fraser will join Urafirth Primary as Acting Headteacher from Monday.  Mrs Missenden will still be in touch though, as Urafirth will be one of her contact schools.  Exciting times!!
