This page contains information and advice staff working with children, young people and the wider family can use when a safety plan is needed.
Renfrewshire Council’s Safety Plan is designed for you to work through with a child/young person who is vulnerable and where there is a need to keep them safe for now. The plan could be part of your child protection procedures and can be uploaded into your childs’ plan or added to pastoral notes as a link. The link should be shared with the child/young person you are supporting so that they have a copy available to them.
Using the link, you can duplicate the Form so that it is set up for your education establishment.
