National Drugs and Alcohol Facts Week is run by the National Institute on Drug Abuse for Teens.  Their site includes stats and trends in teen drug use and a Kahoot! Quiz to test your knowledge on how drugs and alcohol affect young people’s brains and bodies.

World No Tobacco Day is run by the World Health Organisation on 31st of May every year.  Click here for more information.


The Scottish Government have launched a ‘Vaping Addiction’ campaign aimed at parents and carers of 10-17 year olds. The aim is to help increase awareness of the harms and risks of addiction of vaping for children and young people.

The campaign is live on radio, phone kiosks, bus shelters and digital formats and information available on nhsinform.scot/vaping and parentclub.scot/vaping.
