Skills for Recovery is a 6 week resource designed to help people cope with difficult events and contribute to improved wellbeing.  Click here to view to Skills for Recovery home page.  Here is a preview of our Week 1 video.

Skills for Recovery has now been extended into a resource for young people of secondary age who are isolating at home.   We have also developed a resource for secondary parents and primary parents which highlights the advice and tips recommended to young people.   For more information, click here.

The original materials have  also been adapted and enhanced to meet the changing needs of our communities.  This resource is now available in 6 digital leaflets for staff, parents and pupils.

These materials are based on Renfrewshire’s Educational Psychology Team including  ‘Nurturing Wellbeing to Build Back Better’.  Click below to access this excellent resource.
