The national resource for relationships, sexual health and parenthood (RSHP) education for children and young people can be found via the link below. The resource can be used in early learning settings, schools, colleges and community-based learning. It is organised to sit within Curriculum for Excellence and contains resources and lesson plans under each CfE level.

Have you watched the C4 documentary “Swiped: The School that Banned Smart Phones”? This 2 part documentary tracks the journey of a group of 12 year olds who go without their phones for 3 weeks. The documentary can be used as an excellent discussion starter around mental health, online safety and relationships.
