REN10 is our Community Mental Health and Wellbeing platform which aims to provide early access to mental health supports for our children, young people and their families. We have a variety of resources available including SHOUT (text service), Togetherall (peer-peer online platform), REN10 Parent Drop Ins, and many more.

Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing. The peer-to-peer platform (for those aged between 16 and 24) is a space to connect with others experiencing similar feelings, plus there are trained professionals on hand, 24/7. If someone doesn’t feel comfortable sharing online then there are also tools and courses to help them look after themselves, along with plenty of resources to explore.

We have also launched SHOUT for Renfrewshire! Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. Click here to access our poster.
The Keep Safe Kids (KSK) App has been developed to enable children, young people and their families to report bullying directly to their school and has been designed by children and young people as a new, innovative and accessible way to report incidents to the school. The app also provides excellent links to various school, local and national supports via its home page.
These reports can be completed and sent at a time when the young person feels ready to do this, giving them the control when and how they report it.

For more information around mental wellbeing, Education Scotland have produced a Wakelet. The Wakelet is a collection of links to materials stored online which can be used to support the wellbeing of children and young people. These links could take you to the National Improvement Hub, Glow, Websites, PDFs or YouTube.
