On Monday 24th of March, pupils took part in a creative workshop and performance with The Barrow Band.

Accompanied by their performing barrow (full of singing fruit and veg!), the musical group sang songs about Carrots, Potatoes, Strawberries, Lettuce, Kiwi, Oranges, Mushrooms, Bananas and Broccoli.  Each song was not only fun and catchy, but packed full of educational information, featuring lyrics about where the food came from, what countries it grows in, what vitamins and minerals they contain and how they help our bodies.
