Today we were scrutinising the application forms for jobs in the Festive Forest Factory. We were checking whether the applicants had written enough relevant information on their form for the job that they had applied for.

Spelling words:
Practise the words on your spelling wall and make sure that you can confidently use all spelling patterns and the correct phonic sounds.
Practise spelling using different activities, e.g. rainbow writing, spelling backwards, making chains, etc.

Enjoy reading any texts! Primary Times is a great way of starting to read reports and any Christmas/winter stories are an excellent way of keeping up your reading skills over the holidays.
