Today for reading some of our group members joined to read a play together. It is nice to hear one another and be able to listen for fluency, how people are using their reading strategies and noticing the punctuation which helps us to put expression into our voices.

Mrs Keith was working with us today. She read a story and then we were thinking of our own ideas to create a page in the same way. We had to think of a character- a new friend for Claire, and then we could think of a very imaginative reason why Claire had hurt her knee. We came up with some really cool ideas!

Here is a photo of another magnetic game. As you can see we have been very inventive in linking different parts of our learning.

Finally, please could all of this term’s homework be given to me either tomorrow or Friday. Any books borrowed from the library should also be returned this week. Thank you.
