Today we have been handling data! We realise that we have to translate data to find out information. So, in line with our Road Safety work, we decided to focus on traffic for our first data handling exploration!

We collected information about the types and colours of vehicles which went past on the main road for ten minutes.

Then we created tally charts and bar graphs to show our results.

This afternoon each group finished its Road Safety Playscript and had the chance to practise bringing the script to life! This gives us the opportunity to add more stage directions and think about how each character will say their lines.
