This morning we were practising our baseline joins. Following advice about the formation and size of our letters helps us to join correctly.

Did anyone watch the Eurovision Song Contest last Saturday? We used the context to learn the names of some countries- not all of them in Europe!

We then used our knowledge of numbers in French to give countries our points in a pretend competition.

In our groups we used mental maths strategies to find the overall winners from each group.

This afternoon, we started to think about our Road Safety playscripts. We learnt about the different features that we would have to include and set to work in our groups thinking about where Scene 1 would take place.
