Outdoor Maths

This morning, near the end of our maths lesson, we went outside. We ย had to explain to each other what we had learnt in our place value lesson and make up questions to test our understanding of todayโ€™s lesson.

A Great Start to the Week ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿค—

Today we started to think about Place Value and we created a poster to illustrate all the things we could remember from before. ย Atย the beginning, we only had a few ideas but by the end our posters were almost full.

For now, we donโ€™t get out to play at lunchtime but straight after lunch , we go out for the Daily Mile. ย Unless the weather is really, really bad, we will go out so make sure you bring a jacket with a hood to school.

Welcome to P6/7a

What a great start to a new academic year. It was lovely to all be back at Woodlands together. ย Here are a few photographs from our first day together. ย Remember if you didnโ€™t bring water bottle to school today , bring one tomorrow.

I have loved being your teacher and you have all made me so proud each and every day! Thank you so much for being an amazing class. I have missed you all these last few months. Have a look at the photos from our time together this year. Have a fabulous summer and Iโ€™ll see you all back to school in August.
