This morning we had PE outside and a game of Bingo on Teams with P7. We watched the rest of Home Alone. In the afternoon we had a socially distant disco outdoors then watched the school’s Nativity. Please look out for it on the school Blog.
We hope everyone stays safe and enjoys the Christmas Holidays. Please remember to follow all the rules for Tier 4 from Boxing Day and we will see you all in 2021.
Have a Cool Yule!
This afternoon we had PE outside, unlike Mrs Pollock, P6/7A didn’t appear to feel the cold 🥶. Remember tomorrow is our Christmas Party/Theme Day. If you’ve got a Santa hat, reindeer antlers etc please bring them in for the filming of our Christmas song. In the afternoon, we’re going to watch Home Alone. It’s a PG certificate so if any parent isn’t comfortable with their child watching this film please contact the school office.
This morning we continued our group reading then had PE outside. This afternoon we carried on with our Christmas cards and finished our Nativity Silhouettes. Remember, it’s our Christmas Theme Day/Party on Friday.
Tomorrow is the start of the Jewish Festival of light called Hanukkah. It lasts for 8 days. We made dreidels this afternoon and tomorrow we will play with them. We also started to make our antlers for the reindeer dash on Friday. Remember we can wear Christmas jumpers on Friday.
This afternoon, we made a Christmas Wreath and started a Christmas Candle Craft that we’ll finish next week. We also put up our Christmas tree.
Have a great weekend and keep safe everyone.
This morning, we were writing as if we were a soldier fighting in the trenches of WW1. We had to write a informal letter, as if we were a soldier writing to our mum.
Happy Weekend 👍
This afternoon we were learning about the consequences for the countries involved in WW1. We also got a flyer for our Christmas Lunch. Please return to school by this Friday (27th).
