Today Primary 5 learned how to carry out a survey, collate the information in a table using tally marks, then display the information in the form of a graph using Microsoft Excel.
Today, Primary 5 and Primary 7 had a visit from the Community Fire Safety Officer and one of the Fire Engine teams from Cumbernauld Fire Station. They learned about the importance of being safe in the community and what they should do, should they see people lighting ‘small fires’ in the community. They then had the opportunity to go inside the fire engine and have a turn of using the hose.

These super siblings took part in a snow sport event today and had a wonderful experience, demonstrating their excellent skiing skills. ⛷️⭐
This afternoon, some of our current Primary 1 pupils delivered an assembly to next year’s Primary 1 parents about how their year has been so far and the great fun they have in class. Well done everyone ⭐
Primary 5 continue to develop their skills in football under the expertise of the Edinburgh University students. They told the children their standards have improved enormously.
Primary 5 worked collaboratively to design and create animal dens. They had to think of how they could be sheltered and safe.
PC Douglas spoke the the children in Primary 6 and 7 using social media responsibly and keeping themselves safe in the community.
Primary 5 have continue to develop their skills in football under the guidance of Edinburgh University teacher students. They are having great fun whilst learning.
