Normally enrolment for new intake classes takes place in January and appropriate notices regarding dates and times are placed in the local press, around the community and on the school’s twitter page. Children who are due to start school should be enrolled in their local primary school, however, parents may exercise their right to make a placing request at the school of their choice. Parents must bring their child’s birth certificate as well as proof of address (eg, Council Tax bill) when enrolling.
