Breakfast Club

St Michael’s Breakfast Club provides an excellent start to the school day.

Primary school breakfast clubs provide an excellent start to the school day.

They aim to:

  • provide a healthy nutritious meal
  • help children to be alert and ready to learn
  • encourage children to mix with their friends
  • improve attendance and performance throughout the day
  • reassure parents that their child is safe when dropped off in the morning

Breakfast Club runs from 8.15m – 8.50am.

The Breakfast Club is free to pupils who are in Primary 1 to 5 and for pupils in Primary 6 and 7 who receive free school meals. For these pupils the cost is £1 per day with a sliding scale for families of two at £1.50 per day and families of three at £1.80 per day.

We offer the children a variety of cereal, toast, milk and fruit juice as part of their breakfast .  breakfast_club_picture
