Delighted to be able to announce that we have achieved the “Digital Schools Award”.  We are one of the first schools in Scotland and just the second in North Lanarkshire to be given this award.  The Digital Schools Award recognises the excellent use of ICT in primary schools.  On the 11th of January we were visited by a Digital Schools Award assessor who spent the afternoon talking to pupils and staff about how we use ICT to enhance learning and teaching.  He was extremely impressed with what he saw and so recommended us for the award.  We’re now looking forward to the award ceremony in February.
