The history of Holy Cross dates back more than 100 years, the present school building celebrates its 50th birthday this year. In 2007 the school was extended to include four new classrooms, a new Nursery block and refurbished pupil toilets.
Holy Cross School Primary and Nursery Class has a well deserved reputation for providing high quality service to the community. Central to our success is our strong Catholic ethos and the commitment of our staff.

We ensure that each pupil has the opportunity to develop a growth mindset to help foster a love of learning and an understanding that learning extends beyond school.

We encourage our pupils to take care of their surroundings, to be helpful and polite and to consider the needs of others. Holy Cross Primary is a Roman Catholic co-educational school for girls and boys from 4 to 12 years of age. There are 14 classes covering all stages from Primary 1 to primary 7. In addition, we have a Nursery Class catering for 40 children in the morning and 40 in the afternoon. The Nursery Class is non-denominational.
