Well that is January finally over – and we are into February 🙂

Despite the freezing fog and falling snow the children have continued to work hard.

In literacy the children are developing their comprehension skills and understanding of the text by giving detailed responses to the questions asked.  They are also devising their own questions to ask characters.

In Maths the children are being introduced to multiplication by looking at groups of amounts which are the exact same.  Primary 3 are learning arrays are ways to show multiplication.

The children are continuing to develop their balancing skills in PE.

A lovely ending to this week was attending 10:00am mass to celebrate the Presentation of Jesus in the temple – meaning that it is 40 days since Jesus was born.
