Hi Everyone.

There has been lots of great learning in our class this week.

P1 have been learning all about the letter ‘e’ and learned a song all about Eddie the Elephant who loves eggs. It’s helps us remember the sound ‘e’ makes!

P2 have been working on the phoneme that sounds like E but looks like ‘ea’ and ‘e_e’. They have also been busy learning their spelling words which are; with, see, for, them.

In Beyond Number we have been looking at what makes something symmetrical. We know that for something to be symmetrical one side must be exactly the same as the other and a line of symmetry is the invisible line that divides two sides.We have had lots of fun making our own symmetrical butterflies and patterns.
