Literacy: This week ISM moved on from their book ‘Dark isle’ and got a new book called ‘A theft in time’. We did metalinguistics and comprehension questions for Chapters 1-10.Thanos are finished their book called ‘Jammy Dodgers on the Run’. Black Panther have started a new book called ‘Going Green’. On Tuesday we wrote scary Halloween stories or poems.

Numeracy: In numeracy we moved on from multiplication grids. We will start division after Kilbowie. In Beyond number we are finding out the interior and exterior angles of polygons. Black Panther were practising multiples and factors and learning about triangles in Beyond number.

Modern Languages:  In modern languages we were learning French numbers up to 40 and we played bingo and French greetings such as Hello= Bonjour, Bye=Au revoir.  In Italian we learned about the weather, how to ask what the weather is like and different forms of weather.

Art:  In art we painted sunsets for Halloween using the skills of blending. We developed our artwork by adding trees, bats, gravestones and pumpkins cut out from black paper.
