Language: We in grammar we identified the subjects and objects in sentences.

In novel studies we wrote a detailed summary of our new novel ‘Jammy Dodgers On The Run’ making sure we added lots of quotes.

Maths & Numeracy: This week our great P7s learned how to round and adjust to the nearest ten to simplify the calculation. Also this week our class learned how to count on and back from much larger digits.

Story Writing:  We learned how to up-level a story and make it better and more interesting by adding lots of descriptive language. The passage was called ‘The Dark Night’.

R.E: In R.E we discussed Creation and what we have learned about the two arguments science vs religion. Science says that a “Big Bang” created the world, however religion says that God created everything including “The Big Bang”.

We found where creation comes into the mass, in the ‘Nicene Creed’ and highlighted this in our W.A.C jotters.
