Rooms 1 & 2 will be 1st sitting for lunch at 12.15. Rooms 3 & 4 will go outside (weather permitting) till the second bell at approx.12.30. Red Noses will be on sale in the lunch hall. To day we had a visit from some 4 legged friends with their handlers. The handlers told us about safety around dogs. We were taught some commands and the dogs showed us their agility skills. Photos below were taken by Erin (P6). Thank you Erin.
LADIES NIGHT – 28 APRIL 2017 An amazing Ladies Night is being organised by the East Dunbartonshire Women’s Collective. £15 per ticket with £5 of that money coming back to our school! On Wednesday Mrs Campbell will be bringing in a selection of books which the children may purchase. Unfortunately they will not be able to use their World Book Day vouchers. The children had a fun assembly showing off their costumes to their peers. Well done to all children and parents for some fantastic costumes. Lots of characters from lots of different books as you can see from the photos below. BOOK WEEK We are encouraging all of our children to read even more books, choose their favourite book and on Friday dress up as one of their favourite characters. There will be a ‘character parade’ at assembly on Friday 3rd March at 13.00.
On Friday we had a dress down day and in the afternoon the school captions and vice captains organised “I’m a House Captain get me outta here!” The house captains were set a series of challenges to complete and earn points for their house with a prize for the winner.
