- We can give parents daily updates about what Auchinloch Primary School & Nursery Class children are doing in class, as it happens. Could we encourage parents to join twitter and follow the school. (@AuchinlochPrim1)
- Rooms 1 & 4 will be 1stsitting for lunch at 12.15. Rooms 2 & 3 will go outside (weather permitting) till the second bell at approx.12.30.
- Can we remind parents of Primary 4 – 7 children to keep their child’s lunch money card topped up.
Room 3 has taken responsibility for a new recycling initiative in Auchinloch primary.
We are collecting crisp packets to send for recycling as they usually go to landfill.
Any crisp packets can be put in the collection box, but there is a list of items that cannot be collected.
WIN a stunt scooter and helmet
Each lunch time the children were encouraged to buy a milk and collect 15 stamps. All the participating cards were put in a bowl and the winner was selected by our School Captain.
The Primary 4 boy that won was very pleased as you can see by the photos below.
K’nex Challenge at Chryston High School – Friday 15th March
Our 4 X P6 pupils did very well in the challenge last week. Our boys came 2nd.
2 brothers from Room 1 won a recent competition to win a visit from a Patrick Thistle player.
