PE
Dear Parents/Carers
As you may be aware, it is hoped that all pupils in Scotland have access to 2 hours of quality PE each week. We are fortunate in that Auchinloch Primary allocates time for this, for all classes. However not all pupils are able to fully take part due to inappropriate PE kit, especially shoes. Many of the pupils are wearing indoor shoes which are not suitable for running around as they have insecure straps, are too big, are too small or don’t stay on for other reasons.
We would therefore like to suggest that pupils bring a pair of shoes that are especially for PE. These could be trainers, which would also ensure better foot support. This is a suggestion only.
