Summer Fayre – Saturday 25th June 2016 12pm to 3pm
AUCHINLOCH PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENT COUNCIL
Auchinloch Primary School will be holding their annual Summer Fayre on Saturday 25 June from 12pm to 3pm. In order to make it a success we need everyone to help; from helpers on the day to donations for our stalls.
Items we would be happy to receive:
- Teddy Bears (all sizes). *Please wash your teddies before donating them
- Bottles of Wine, Spirits, Beer (anything alcoholic)
- Tombola prizes – Toiletries, Chocolates, DVDs, Games….whatever you don’t want we will take
- Raffle prizes….. please ask your local Hairdresser, local Take Away, Favourite Restaurant or Beautician to donate. If we don’t ask we don’t get!!!
- Second hand Children’s clothes (all sizes)
- Second hand School Uniforms (all sizes)
We are accepting donations now, so please start sending items into school or text Claire 07933515960, Jenni 07940451772 or Pernille 07579006900 and where possible we will arrange to pick up the donations.
We are also looking for volunteers on the day to help with the following:
- Running a Stall
- Providing Home Baking
**Home Baking donations are essential to enable us to run a tea room.
- Gazebo Donation.
**Can you donate the use of a gazebo? If so, please let us know.
Please note that we would require you to set the gazebo up on the day.
