The Rights Respecting School (RRS) pupil group have worked tirelessly over the month of October to raise awareness around the school. The article of the month for October was Article 27, adequate standard of living. In order to highlight how this is visible in our school the group decided to interview Ms Carlin to show the article in action within Airdrie Academy. The students were keen to learn and inform others about things already being done in the school, particularly the food bank and uniform bank. The RRS teacher working group is extremely proud of all the work and initiative being shown by the pupil group.
