This year, all S2 Music pupils were set the task of creating a short jingle to be played over the tannoy system before announcements, in the month of December. The brief was to create a short ‘festive’ piece of music using the Music Technology software. They also had to ensure part of the jingle featured original music. The pupils worked in pairs or groups of three over a three-week period. The Music staff selected the top 7 jingles, from which the winning jingle was selected by a judging panel made up of Mr Anderson, Mr Spencer and Mrs Jacobs.
