Dear Parents/Carers
In the recent weeks there has been some ‘slippage’ with regards to children wearing their school uniform. I have reminded them about it at assembly and so wanted to follow it up with a reminder on the Blog so that everyone is aware of our uniform policy. (We do have a number of sweatshirts in school if you could use them)
The uniform consists of grey or black trousers or skirt, amber coloured polo shirt with the Castlehill logo and claret sweatshirt with Castlehill logo. Alternatively, if your child is wearing a white school shirt, then a Castlehill tie must be worn. We would ask that children do not wear hooded sweatshirts or items which are not in our school colours.
I have stressed with the children that the items showing school colours ie the school tie or school badge on the polo shirt & sweatshirt are the ones which are essential as they tell everyone what school your child ‘belongs to’.
If you would like details of school uniform suppliers, then please contact the school office (Tel: 274984) and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for your help in maintaining our high standards of appearance and supporting us in our endeavour to request school uniform be worn on a daily basis unless you are informed otherwise, eg dress-down days.
