Mrs Bowden’s class have been enthralled by the stories of Katie Morag and her adventures on the Island of Struay. They have used her character as the starting point for some writing tasks in class. First of all, they wrote a letter to Katie Morag and asked her lots of questions. They were delighted to receive a reply in which she asked them lots of questions about Wishaw! Pupils have also created a piece of descriptive writing, all about the Island of Struay.
