This week our writing lesson was to write instructions on how to make a sandwich. We listed the steps to make our favourite sandwiches. The first step we had to remember was to wash our hands! After buttering our bread we chose a filling, we had a choice of ham, chicken, beef or cheese. Our sandwiches were delicious, even if we do say so ourselves! Afterwards some of us even tried some unfamiliar foods by trying some other fillings. We are really enjoying this block of instructional writing as we get to make and try some yummy foods!
