As part of their IDL topic “Our Extreme Earth”  Primary 3/4/5 pupils have been learning all about what causes a tsunami to occur. Miss Law simulated what happens when the tectonic plates under the earth start to move together, causing the ocean to ripple and eventually  create  a giant wave. The boys and girls were intrigued by the demonstration.
