There was a very large vistor in school on Monday, as Mrs Daye brought her horse Simon, in to school so that the children could meet him. Mrs Bowden’s pupils had the opportunity to groom him and learned that there were different brushes to be used on different parts of his body. They were also given the chance to feed him Polo mints and…to wipe his nose with a baby wipe!

The boys and girls all thoroughly enjoyed meeting Simon and hope that he comes to visit again someday.
