Scottish Youth Cup Final
Motherwell U20’s beat their Hearts counter parts in the Scottish Youth Cup final at Hampden on Wednesday 27th April, Motherwell’s first Youth Cup final in 29 years. The score on the night was 5-2 to the Steelmen and thoroughly deserved! Former pupil David Turnbull who is still only sixteen had a starting berth in the match and played 70 minutes of the match putting in a very steady and excellent performance. This is a great achievement for anyone let alone someone playing 3 to 4 years above his age bracket, hopefully a sign of great things to come! The game was both live on BBC ALBA and played in front of a crowd of 2,700 spectators.

Feedback from the pupils confirmed what a massive success this was and how beneficial it has been for them. The school are hoping to continue running Easter School each year.
