S1 AND S4 PHOTOGRAPHS

Tempest Photography will be in school on Monday 23rd October for official S1 and S4 photographs.

DRESS DOWN DAY – FRIDAY 6TH OCTOBER

On Friday there will be a ‘come as you please day’ to raise money for the National Autistic Society to support Mr Johnston’s bid to run the London marathon. Pupils
and staff will be asked to donate £1 for being able to dress down for the day, with senior pupils coming around classes during period 1 to collect money.

There will also be a raffle prize draw for an Amazon Fire 7 tablet. Raffle tickets will be £1. Seniors will be selling tickets during the day with the winner being announced after lunch time.

All the details of Mr Johnston’s bid can be found on the school website. There is also a Just Giving link where further donations can be made.

LANGUAGE PUPIL OF THE MONTH

During the Month of October the focus for winning Pupil of the Month will be Homework. Are you handing your homework in on time? Taking time and care to do  your homework properly? Putting in the same effort as your work in class?

BARCELONA TRIP

All pupils in S3-6 who are interested in taking part in a trip to Barcelona in June 2018, please pay £100 deposit on Ipay/Mrs Smith by 13th October to secure a place, or for more information see Mrs Smith.
